No ticket purchase is necessary to participate in the online auction! Follow these steps to register:

1.    Create an account at Online Auction Sign-up.

2.    Click the “Signup to Bid” button and enter your payment information.

3.    Once the catalog is live, browse and favorite items you’re interested in.

Note: If you’d like to attend the Live Auction MIXER event, you will need to purchase a ticket separately.

What items are available in the online auction?

The online auction features a diverse selection of items generously donated by local businesses and community members. Items include:

  • Art & jewelry

  • Home & kitchen goods

  • Handcrafted items

  • Books

  • Gift certificates to restaurants & services

  • Sporting event tickets & experiences

When does the silent auction take place?

  • Opens: Friday, April 11, 2025, at 8:00 AM

  • Closes: Sunday, April 27, 2025, at 11:45 PM

How do I place a bid?

  1. Log in to your account and browse the catalog.

  2. Enter your bid amount or use the preset increment options.

  3. Enable max bids to set the highest amount you’re willing to pay—the system will bid on your behalf up to that amount.

  4. If you're outbid, you’ll receive an email notification so you can decide if you want to increase your bid.

What is an online handle?

Your online handle is a unique username used to bid anonymously. This identifier is visible to other bidders instead of your real name.

  • You can choose any name for your handle.

  • If bidding as a couple, use one account and include both names in the handle.

Can I change my online handle?

Yes! To update your handle:

  1. Log in and go to My Account.

  2. Scroll down to Edit My Information and update your handle.

What is the 'Buy It Now' option?

Some items offer a BUY IT NOW option, allowing you to purchase immediately at a set price. If you choose this option, bidding on that item closes.

How can I keep track of my bids?

  • Visit My Bids in the auction catalog to view all your bids.

  • Set up notifications to receive alerts if you’re outbid.

How do I pay for items I win?

  • After the auction closes on April 27 at 11:45 PM, winners will receive an email confirmation with an invoice.

  • Your payment will be processed automatically using the card on file.

How do I pick up my auction items?

  • Pick-up dates & location:

    • May 6, 2025 | 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

  • Gift certificates: Digital certificates will be emailed when possible. Check the catalog listing for details.
