RE: Welcome Coffee - 2016-2017 Asawa SOTA PTSA First Event
Over 150 people, including new and returning families, attended the August 15, first day of school - Welcome Coffee.  It was wonderful to see folks reconnecting with friends and meeting new friends as we prepare to start this exciting and fun new school year.  We all felt the good energy in the room - and we took the opportunity to introduce Barnaby Payne, our new principal, who said a few welcoming words to the folks present.  And a really thank you to all the volunteers to got up at the crack of dawn and helped set up, greet folks, and clean up - always appreciated by all!  

Families will get to hear more from Barnaby and others in our community at the first PTSA General Meeting on Wednesday, September 14, at 7pm.
