ART DEPARTMENT COMMUNITY CONNECTORS 2023-2024

The Art Department Community Connector’S role is to build community and help every family feel welcome.  Each Arts Department has family volunteers who act as a communication link for the families. The essential role of the Arts Department Community Connector is one of community building and inclusivity - hoping to make all families feel welcome in their department and at school.

The Community Connectors are organized through the PTSA with the help of the Community Connector Coordinator. The role of the Community Connector Coordinator is to support the CCs by providing a timeline of communication, sample emails, and supporting department volunteer efforts. The CC Coordinator also works closely with the Volunteer Coordinator on volunteer outreach.

NOTE: The Art Department teacher does all communication about curriculum, rehearsals, shows, events, and grades that pertain to your student art education.
