Membership forms can also be turned into the main office, placed in the PTSA mailbox in the School Mail Room, or submitted at one of our PTSA meetings or events.  Checks shall be made out to “SOTA PTSA" . To avoid lost checks, please staple your check to the form or place the form & check in an envelope marked SOTA PTSA.

The Ruth Asawa SOTA PTSA is a 501 (c) (3) organization to which gifts are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.  Your $15 membership for the 2018-2019 school year is divided between the following 501 (c) (3) organizations:

  • National PTA -$2.25

  • California PTA - $2.00

  • 2nd District PTA (San Francisco) - $0.50

  • Ruth Asawa SOTA PTSA - $10.25
